Satisfying Experiences

          College of Menominee Nation has given me many experiences that will benefit for my future. With all the great opportunities that CMN has offered me, one professor stood out from the rest, and without her I would be very lost. The professor is Dr. Candy Waukau-Villagomez. I met Dr. Candy in EDU 238-01 in 2014, where I took her Creative Play and Activities in Childhood (EDU 238). As I got to know Dr. Candy in class, I realized that she ‘pushed’ me to do better on my assignments. Dr. Candy has made my life here at College of Menominee Nation abundant and I get excited about having Dr. Candy as my professor. What I enjoy about her is that she likes to have a ‘relationship’ with her students, and she has a passion for teaching. Dr. Candy will remain in my heart forever, and she is my inspiration when it comes to teaching young children.
